Green Academy of Personal Protection, LLC reserves the right to deny training to anyone for any reason. In the event a student is denied training prior to a course, the full amount of tuition paid will be refunded. A student may be removed from a course during training if the training staff sees unsafe or inappropriate conduct. A student removed from a course for such actions will not receive a refund of any kind.
Tuition must be paid in full before the beginning of any course. In the event a course is cancelled, students will be given a full refund or credit toward the next available date.
If a student is unable to attend a class for which they have paid, a refund must be requested a minimum of 30 days prior to the beginning of the course. Tuition is non-refundable within 30 days of a course start date.
Any refunds will be made within 30 days of the written request or course cancellation. There will be a processing fee for payments made via Paypal (not subject to course cancellations).
